Diaspora Diplomacy Opens Doors for UK Business

Moldova’s diaspora can do more than preserve culture and community connections. It can help exporters find buyers, investors understand the market and institutions build trusted partnerships. Following my meeting with Moldova’s Office for Diaspora Relations, I examine how diaspora economic diplomacy can strengthen links between Moldova and the North West of England. I also introduce the First UK Business-Led Trade Mission to Moldova, which will coincide with Moldova Business Week 2026.
